Nothing is too much trouble when arranging your wedding day - our dedicated wedding co-ordinators and management team are on hand to ensure the smooth running and hassle-free organisation, of what will prove to be - the most memorable day of your life.

Set amongst the backdrop of the River Wyre, which runs beside historic Mains Hall, The Great Hall boasts huge timber framed ceilings, a magnificent stone fireplace of grand proportion, sumptuously rich tapestries and huge medieval ironwork chandeliers.

The beautiful landscaped gardens, with feature water fountain, medieval haycart, Tudor knot garden and topiary, all contained behind an original Victorian walled garden, offer numerous photographic opportunities. The romantic setting, along with the exclusivity bestowed upon the wedding couple and their guests, all adds to the magic of the day.

Here at The Great Hall we are able to cater for numbers up to 200 seated, or 300 buffet style.

For numbers in excess of this, we can accommodate a marquee easily within the grounds. Whether your reception is large or of the more intimate variety, we pride ourselves as wedding specialists, at being able to offer any advice that relates to your wedding
